Preparation

  1. Cut the Babybel cheeses in half widthwise
  2. Top the base of each Babybel cheese with tomatoes, bacon and lettuce.
  3. Cover with the other half of the Babybel cheese.
  4. Secure with a toothpick for easy handling and quick bites.

Ramen salad

Preparation

  1. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until they’re al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with brown sugar and ginger.
  3. Add the noodles to the bowl and mix them.
  4. Divide the noodles between two bowls. Top with zucchini, carrots, radishes, cucumbers and Babybel cheeses.
