Would you like to know how we make our Mini Babybel® Original taste so good?
Our cheese is made with cow’s milk that comes from carefully chosen farms.
Once the milk is pasteurized and transformed into curds, we press the curds into individual moulds to give Mini Babybel® cheese its special shape.
Mini Babybel® is then soaked in brine (salted water), which preserves the cheese and helps develop its unique flavour.
Each cheese is coated in wax to keep its fresh taste before the famous red wrapper adds the finishing touch.
